A slideshow of images accompanied by bad grammar, lackluster explanations, and ugly graphics.

I see this was already pointed out at least once, but the table optical illusion isn't actually an optical illusion, the shapes are different. One in 50 being wrong isn't that bad, but it took 10 seconds for me to check if it was an optical illusion... and in a flash that is basically just you presenting optical illusions, you'd think you could take the 10 seconds to check it...

...not to mention spend the 5 minutes it would take for you to check your grammar...

A little more effort and this would have been a lot better.

Sorry for the bad grammar, but I'm 13 years old and from the Netherlands!

Cool game, it was fun and had a unique quality to it, but it would benefit 1000 times over by the addition of HIGH SCORES. That really is what makes a game addicting, trying to get your score to be the best or trying to get up on the highscore table. It's not essential for all games, but for this type of game it definitely adds a lot of value. You can use mochi scores to easily implement a highscore table. Other than not having high scores, it's a very solid well done game, nice job.

Very cool concept. The color thing has been done before, but I like the way that you used it in this game. There really shouldn't be any lag. I'm not sure how you're doing those particles but if it's lagging you should definitely tone them down. It might even be a good idea to have it an option to remove them. I was even lagging in low quality, which just shouldn't be happening. I was enjoying the game and then I paused and accidentally clicked return to menu when I clicked back into the game... it would be nice to be able to click out of the pause menu to return to the game, instead of having to press p, just because you need to have your fingers by the asd keys.

Also on a more technical note I noticed your particles made a box effect, so I'm guessing you did xspeed = Math.random()*30-15 or something like that, and same for the yspeed. If you used sin and cos and a random angle you'd get a circular effect. angle = Math.random()*Math.PI*2; xspeed = Math.cos(angle); yspeed = Math.sin(angle);

At least I think that is right, hopefully. Anyway cool game.

Thanks a lot for the detailed review. I didn't think of anything here as original, but rather bringing things together in a way they hadn't been done before. I believe I did optimise the particle effects as much as I could and they're extending the sprite class so not much that can be causing excess lag, I think its due to the sheer amount of them, which I could have an option to tone down for users on slower machines so I'll keep that in mind. Your pause suggestion is useful too. And thanks a lot for that code help, I was aware of the box thing and couldn't find a way round it (only tried for a minute though tbh) so that will come in very useful! Thanks a lot for reviewing, really helpful. Btw I loved Gravity Ball!

Pretty cool game. I don't know if it's totally original but I do like the concept of stacking things... even if it sounds boring hah. Other games that use this mechanic have been fun too. I think the graphics for the game could use some polish, they were kind of charming the way they were, but I think some more work on them would go a long way. Another thing that I think would make the game a lot better is level select, and of course highscores usually make games more interesting. Being able to skip levels or at least come back in where I left off would make me want to keep playing, and come back to play.

I love this game, I could literally play it for hours it's so fun. I don't get tired of fighting such an interesting AI, also the multiplier makes me keep playing for the highscore.

But I'm pretty pissed about the bomb glitch, I realize that if you don't press the bomb button when you have no bombs, there's no problem, but when I have a 15 multiplier and I accidentally hit shift one too many times, and then get bombed starting the next level, it completely ruins the game for me. It's one huge mistake to make, and I wish you would take the time to fix such a simple, simple bug that ruins the game so easily.

This is something I've studied in one of my classes, and it's really cool to see it taken into an actual game. Puzzles aren't my favorite kind of game, but I appreciate the originality a lot, nice job.

Really well done game. Great graphics and simple gameplay. One suggestion I have is to add in a stats screen, so you can see how many wins and losses you have against each opponent, or even how many times you got each type of roll.

I'm not sure how you're doing the random dice rolling, and I wasn't going to say anything about it being unfair, even though I saw some strange scoring and comebacks, but I just got 1500 points 4 times in a row, so I got a free roll for 1500, rolled another 1500, another, and another, then another 150, so I scored 6150 in one turn. I'm not really complaining... but that's a pretty freak occurrence, which makes me think it's a problem with the system. I mean... that's got to be one in millions or billions. Maybe I'm just lucky though.

Good game overall.

I really liked this game, the idea sounded good to me right off the bat, and it turned out to be basically good. A few things completely ruined this game for me though.

First, the jumping system is too hard to control to be useful at all.

Second, you put a logo ON THE GAME SCREEN, where I NEED TO CLICK, to PLAY THE GAME. I ended up opening 7 mofunzone windows. Really horrible mistake, I don't see how you didn't notice the horribleness of putting a clickable logo on a game screen of a game using the mouse, that involves you clicking a lot... That nearly killed me several times, which was extremely annoying.

Third, there is no pause button. This game can easily be played infinitely, with a pause button, people could spend a lot more time playing the game to get a huge score.

Fourth, tell me on the menu screen if I can't submit my highscore through the version I'm playing, then I would be able to close out, go to mofunzone, and play for highscores. Obviously you tell us after we die, but I didn't die the first time I played the game... and I got 80k points, which appears to not be that much for the score table, but it took a lot of time. And once I did die not being able to submit my score was really annoying.

Cool concept, I'm never playing this game again.

I felt like I had to write a review, because the last reviewer was such a fool. I thought it was a very well put together game. It has a challenge, a twist, and some skill involved. The graphics aren't amazing but they work, and it's consistently designed throughout. It's nothing big, but for what it is it's fun and enjoyable. One suggestion is to make the actual game start sooner, waiting in the beginning doesn't really serve a purpose. Good job on this.

Wurmy responds:

Yeah, a lot of people said it starts out slow.. I guess I really should have made it start faster sooner, but now it's a little late.. Thanks for the review anyways :)

Everything in this game was very solid. Everyone is complaining about how hard it is, and it is pretty hard, but it's all doable. I finally managed to beat every level in the game, and get every secret bandaid thing. At first I was angry about how frustrating it was, but I'm also an addict I guess, so I just kept playing. I like games that give you some challenge, when a lot of flash games are easy and highscore based.

Anyways favorited, great job.
