meh

I guess for what it was it was good. The design was basic but good and it was colorful. It's funny that you made this to pay for that comp. I was a little disappointed that it only did the one thing, shooting out the balls. Also, making it so you could just hold down the mouse button would have been kind. Nice for a little game.

It really wasn't special. You should know any game like this will be compared to ddr and it didn't really bring anything new to the table, just the whole sdf jkl set up. The in game graphics weren't anything spectacular, and the gray theme of the whole game was kind of bland. The song choices were a little odd too because they were really long and the fading out ending was anti-climactic. And what really bothered me was the off beat hits, I guess it's difficult to make a game like this and to keep all of the hits on beat for a bunch of long songs, but a lot of them weren't on.

I don't know, I'm not trying to just be a dick, just trying to give you some constructive criticism.

Very fun mix of animation and game. The art of course is excellent, I like all the little touches you put in luis. The little bit of rotoscope was pretty awesome. The minigames were tough but not really that murderous, i guess it just took me less than 10 minutes just now, im not bragging just saying, dont be a lame ass.

The coding for the obstacle dogging part made me a little bit pissed. The hit test could have done much better, either it wasn't super accurate, or it was just going to fast for me to see, either way i felt jipped on a lot of deaths.

The end was a bit simple, getting hit by a car is a fine ending, but it wasn't as cinematic as the other scenes.

So eat my opinion, sweet game, peace.

yeah the second game is a bit touchy.. i debated wether to make it a 3 hit deal like the first game or not, maybe itll get tweaked why i can still mess with the submission.

The only thing that really bothered me was when playing with the wasd controls I was constantly paused for being inactive, which is crazy cause I was playing, so work that bug out, it was a good idea it just isn't working right. And the highscores: highest combo and highest exp in one combo, aren't those the same, I mean the same leaders?

Anyway it was a cool game.

Looks like a combination of a classic dip and dodge game, the color scheme of the new game "Orange" following up "Red", and the spinning rotating skewing retro game kenny made recently, along with your patented music oriented gaming style.

But in any case, despite its resemblance of other games...Its still cool and definately well coded!

This was a very nice game, the pulsing background at first made me not like it so much but by the end it was cool. I liked the special effects of the bursts to the beat, that was fun, and while the different "enemies," or whatever are limited its still good. Haha, the first time i played i said, fuck instructions, and started collecting the red ones too, not even noticing the subtraction, anyway the second time i pwned your score :P, which i was going to say was lame to have the creator's highscore because you'd automatically be better at it from testing and what not, but nvm...

What a great idea for a game! The squashing and skewing of the screen is a really cool idea, I've never seen it before. And the game is of course good as well, and the whole set up just felt professional and just really good.

wtf 3rd?

It's funny that this got daily 3rd. The graphics aren't that bad, in fact they're the best part, but the coding is surprisingly crappy. In fact this game was just poorly put together. You can run off the screen in the "tutorial," did you know that? The ball disappears after you hit it and I never figured out what jumping did. And the running is pointless. This was a very sad attempt at a game.

good idea, bad execution

It was a good idea that could've been great. I thought you would get to control your bike, which would be really cool. The drawing the ramps is really nice, but the basic code is lacking. You speed up in the air sometimes so the trajectory makes no sense. It's not that hard to get basic physics right...especially if you can code this other stuff. And the music sucks, and those little alien things are bad.
